All infrared heat therapy wraps from +Venture Heat reach 130F and can last for up to 6+hours heating time. The light wieght battery(about the size of a motorola razor and has its own concealed pocket)takes 3-4 hours to recharge and is good for 300+ charges. The heating elements are a thin flexible cloth like material (no coils) and are water resistant. If the heating system gets wet it will automatically shut off until it dries. After it dries you can turn it back on and your good to go. Also every heated wrap has a "fuzzy logic" microprocessor built in for safety purposes to ensure they will not or cannot start on fire by themselves. The type of heat emitted from the heating elements is (FIR) Far Infrared Ray heat and allows the heated wrap to heat up almost instantly (you can feel it with in 2-3 seconds). If your looking for pain releif on the go this is definately a good option vs having to apply smelly ointments or those sticky wraps on your skin.
